Duties/Responsibilities

This position provides support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Finance Division. Assists with the preparation of reports and documents. Coordinates meetings with staff and outside parties. Responsible for all record keeping of Finance files. Maintains a master compliance schedule and ensures tasks are completed and compliance requirements are updated. Prepares the monthly Finance Report including statistical information. Compiles the monthly financial report. Assists with the preparation of all Board items, maintains copies and updates Board Resolution document. Ensures all bond transcripts are properly filed. Assists with daily cash management functions. Keeps meticulous records of all activities to facilitate record location in case of audit. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education-Experience

EDUCATION: Must have three years working in an office environment performing business support functions. Must have a two-year technical degree in business or related field. A combination of knowledge and experience that is substantially equivalent shall be considered. EXPERIENCE: Qualified candidate must have demonstrated knowledge of office procedures and business practices. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal, organizational skills and basic finance knowledge. Excellent writing and communication skills are required.
