Reviews, processes, and routes a variety of payments, purchase orders, receivables, and other related information. Maintains a variety of statistics, financials, and operating information regarding plant operations, customer service, budgets, and maintenance. Calculates figures and data required for reports and prepares standard or recurring reports. Performs basic office duties, such as copying, filing, faxing, typing standard documents, preparing, sorting, and distributing mail and entering data. Responds to questions and concerns from customers, employees, and outside agencies and forwards individuals to appropriate personnel when required. Works with vendors regarding invoices and orders and maintains related information. Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Knowledge of: Basic office principles; Basic accounting practices; Basic customer service principles; Basic statistical principles. Performing basic office duties; Performing basic accounting duties; Providing customer service; Operating a computer and applicable software applications; Analyzing data and statistics; Communication, interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, the general public, etc. sufficient to exchange or convey information and to receive work direction. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION & TRAINING: High School Diploma, or G.E.D., and two - three years of related clerical experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
