The NBC has adopted rules and regulations to ensure proper billing, dispute resolution, and the collection of sewer user fees. Please refer to the Customer Service Rules and Regulations for more information regarding the determination of user class, calculation of fixed and consumption fees, the basis for abatements.
There is a $500 maximum per transaction for credit card payments. For questions, contact Customer Care. Please include your account number and a contact phone number in your email.
Attention All Customers: Effective February 1, 2022, the Narragansett Bay Commission reinstated the assessment of interest at the rate of 1% per month on the unpaid balance of sewer user charges, including any outstanding interest charges, that are 30 days past the billing date. Please contact Customer Care for information regarding payment options/arrangements.
