The award-winning Pretreatment Program at the Narragansett Bay Commission has issued its annual report for the calendar year 2017. This document details the many accomplishments associated with the NBC’s pollution control efforts in pretreatment, pollution prevention, and environmental monitoring and data analysis. These programs are essential to protecting Rhode Island’s environment, as well as the wastewater infrastructure and, ultimately, the public health.
