These are detailed reports compiled by Narragansett Bay Commission (NBC) staff describing the results from the NBC’s comprehensive monitoring program.
In addition to the reports above, the links below are concise annual data summaries prepared by the NBC as handouts for meetings of the Rhode Island Environmental Monitoring Collaborative (https://www.rimonitoring.org/), of which the NBC is a proud member. The Director of Environmental Science and Compliance serves as the Vice Chair of this important organization that brings together stakeholders from academia, environmental groups and non-profits, and state and federal environmental management to discuss monitoring priorities and funding availability. The organization typically meets twice per year, with a spring meeting to discuss monitoring plans and a fall/winter meeting to discuss the past-year’s findings.
